These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and MathPet ("we", "us", "the Operator") regarding your use of the MathPet mobile application and related website (together, "the Service"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a child, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and that you accept these Terms on the child's behalf.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for the personal, non-commercial use of you and your immediate family. This license does not give you the right to:
MathPet offers paid subscriptions through Apple App Store and Google Play. Current plans are:
Prices may differ by country and may change. The price displayed at the moment of purchase is the price you pay.
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will auto-renew at the regular price using the payment method on file with Apple or Google. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (one month or one year) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. The renewal charge is taken automatically by Apple or Google.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to paid features until then. We do not have access to cancel subscriptions on your behalf because we do not handle billing.
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple (for App Store purchases) and Google (for Google Play purchases) under their respective policies. We have no ability to issue refunds on our side. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.
The Service is also available in a free tier with limited daily problems and features. We may change the free-tier limits at any time.

All content, design, code, illustrations, characters, audio, names, and trademarks in the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual-property rights to you. You may not extract, reuse, or republish content from the Service.
The current version of the Service does not allow users to post public content. If we add such features in the future, additional terms will apply.
The Service relies on third-party platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play, Firebase). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies, which are separate from these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any specific learning outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or US $50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions or limitations of certain warranties or damages. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion (see Privacy Policy, Section 10). We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, governing law) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively before the courts of Podgorica, Montenegro, except that you may bring small-claims actions in your local jurisdiction where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protections under the law of your country of residence.
